Teachers: view and clear Student test activity
Also: how should we start the new school year?
Teachers,
Let’s say a student is taking a test (not practice), and accidentally hits the “submit” button too early. Oh no! You want to give them another chance, but you don’t want to delete the student, assignment, or word list.
If you are on a paid Teacher plan, you can now delete any test result from 2 locations.
Location 1: Open 📊 Reports and tap on the student results in the table. Notice the “Delete” button by every test result:

See the Delete button on each row. Available on paid Teacher plans
Location 2: Go to the Student’s page, and scroll to Activity Log at the bottom. Every test that the student has taken is listed here. And, notice the “Delete” button on each row:

See the Delete button at the end of each row. Available on paid Teacher plans
Once you Delete a test result, the student can take the test again.
Questions: how should we help you start a new school year?
As students advance to their next school year in the coming months in most northern hemisphere districts, teachers want to clear out the list of students and prepare for the next year.
Right now, the best way is to delete each student, one by one.
But there has to be a better way!
Teachers, questions for you:
Should there be a button that lets you, in one click (and after confirming), delete all of the Students in your account?
If yes, should it delete all of the Assignments as well? I assume it should delete all of the assignments to Students, but not assignments to Groups.
Should it delete all of the Groups? I assume no.
Should it delete all of the Word Lists? I assume no.
Thanks for your feedback!
